V\u0161e za\u010dalo je\u0161t\u011b na \u0161kole, kdy jsem jezdil na \u010cZ 175 a p\u0159ekopan\u00e9 \u010cZ 250. M\u00fdm snem byla u\u017e tenkr\u00e1t ma\u0161ina radik\u00e1ln\u00edho stylu chopper sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let. To znamen\u00e1 tvrd\u00fd r\u00e1m, n\u00edzk\u00fd posaz, vysok\u00fd krk \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e1 podra\u017een\u00e1 p\u0159edn\u00ed vidlice.<\/p>\n<p>Pen\u00edze na lep\u0161\u00ed stroj samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nebyly, a tak se za\u010dala realizovat my\u0161lenka stavby za minim\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Z\u00e1kladem musel b\u00fdt motor za \u201ep\u00e1r babek\u201c, ale dostate\u010dn\u011b exkluzivn\u00ed, velk\u00e9ho objemu a \u010dty\u0159taktn\u00ed. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm bylo pou\u017e\u00edt n\u011bjak\u00fd star\u00fd pohon z veter\u00e1na. Po p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch od zrozen\u00ed n\u00e1padu a usilovn\u00e9ho hled\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00e9ho, levn\u00e9ho agreg\u00e1tu na burz\u00e1ch se mi poda\u0159ilo objevit ide\u00e1ln\u00ed kousek. Byl j\u00edm spodov\u00fd motor z\u00a0belgick\u00e9ho motocyklu FN o objemu 500 ccm z\u00a0roku 1930. Jednov\u00e1lec byl bez karbur\u00e1toru, sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed spojky a zapalov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale jinak vcelku kompletn\u00ed za t\u0159i tis\u00edce korun.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1klad stavby byl tedy doma a mohlo se za\u010d\u00edt s\u00a0v\u00fdrobou zbytku. R\u00e1m vlastn\u00ed konstrukce byl p\u016fvodn\u011b navr\u017een na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, ale nakonec byl vytvo\u0159en z\u00a0toho, co bylo doma. Je t\u0159eba upozornit, \u017ee v\u0161e vznikalo ve sklep\u011b \u010din\u017eovn\u00edho domu. Krk \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsem vy\u0159\u00edznul z\u00a0r\u00e1mu Jawy 250 a ostatn\u00ed trubky na n\u011bj prost\u011b p\u0159iva\u0159il. D\u00edky dodr\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u00fahl\u016f bylo dosa\u017eeno docela slu\u0161n\u00e9 p\u0159esnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Motor byl pak vsazen do nov\u00e9ho tvrd\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu, aby mohl o\u017e\u00edt. K\u00a0tomu mu dopomohl karbur\u00e1tor Jikov z\u00a0\u010cZ 175 a rusk\u00e9 magneto nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 jednoduchosti a nezni\u010ditelnosti rozvodu SV nem\u011bl star\u00fd mechanismus s\u00a0probuzen\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Ma\u0161ina tak m\u011bla zaru\u010den\u00fd funk\u010dn\u00ed pohon a mohlo se p\u0159istoupit k\u00a0postaven\u00ed na kola. To prob\u00edhalo b\u011bhem pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed. Po p\u00e1r ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161\u00edch s\u00a0konstrukc\u00ed zadn\u00edho kola jsem nakonec u kamar\u00e1da na p\u016fd\u011b objevil jeho star\u00e9 d\u00edlko. Byl j\u00edm automobilov\u00fd r\u00e1fek z\u00a0Felicie do kter\u00e9ho napletl st\u0159ed z\u00a0\u010cZ. B\u011bhem n\u00ed jsem pouze po\u0159\u00eddil za sto korun n\u00e1dr\u017e z\u00a0DKW, kter\u00e1 vypad\u00e1 jak sporstr\u00e1ck\u00e1, ud\u011blal sedlo, sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed spojky a p\u0159imontoval kastl\u00edk jeho\u017e z\u00e1kladem je plechovka od Primalexu.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9mem se pak stala dlouh\u00e1 p\u0159edn\u00ed vidlice. Jej\u00ed vlastn\u00ed vahadlovou konstrukci jsem m\u011bl sice nakreslenou, ale nem\u011bl mo\u017enost jak j\u00ed v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b zhotovit. Po m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed tak nezbylo ne\u017e s\u00e1hnout po jednoduch\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed Jaw\u00e1ck\u00fdch vidlic, co\u017e nebylo p\u0159i namontov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 stabiln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. P\u0159edek byl dokon\u010den po\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a zrenovov\u00e1n\u00edm kola 19\u201c z veter\u00e1na\u00a0\u010cZ 150.<\/p>\n<p>Od prvn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159ezu do trubek po prvn\u00ed vyta\u017een\u00ed m\u00e9 stavby v\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00edm laku na silnici, ub\u011bhly u\u017e t\u0159i roky. B\u011bhem t\u00e9 doby jsem vyst\u0159\u00eddal \u010c\u00edzu za J\u00e1wku a tu pak za Hondu VT600 Shadow, kterou jsem u\u017e tak\u00e9 p\u0159ekop\u00e1val. Ale touha po vzk\u0159\u00ed\u0161en\u00ed star\u00e9ho snu byla neodolateln\u00e1. Tak\u017ee jednoho de\u0161tiv\u00e9ho jarn\u00edho dne zabur\u00e1cel jednov\u00e1lcov\u00fd motor a j\u00e1 ru\u010dn\u011b za\u0159adil jedni\u010dku a rozjel se. Ten pocit, kdy jedete na ma\u0161in\u011b vlastn\u00ed konstrukce se ned\u00e1 s\u00a0ni\u010d\u00edm srovnat. Fena, jej\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1zev vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze zna\u010dky motoru FN, byla tedy na sv\u011bt\u011b. Po prvn\u00ed j\u00edzd\u011b n\u00e1sledovalo je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik dola\u010fovac\u00edch. Z po\u010d\u00e1tku jsem si musel zvyknout na \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, proto\u017ee je zde plyn a ru\u010dn\u00ed \u0159azen\u00ed \u201efichtl\u00e1ck\u00fdm p\u00edstem\u201c napravo a spojka se zadn\u00ed no\u017en\u00ed brzdou nalevo. Pak putovala ma\u0161ina znovu do sklepa, kde jsem ji do \u0161roubku rozebral. Ka\u017ed\u00fd r\u00e1d poslouchal n\u00edzk\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky motoru, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed maximum u\u017e asi v 3500 za minutu a pozoroval ru\u010dn\u00ed \u0159azen\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed stup\u0148\u016f p\u0159evodovky. O ma\u0161in\u011b tak sice v\u011bd\u011blo dost lid\u00ed, ale kdy\u017e se naskytla po dvou letech p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vystavit ji na prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku staveb a p\u0159estaveb motocykl\u016f Czech Performance 2003 na pra\u017esk\u00e9m V\u00fdstavi\u0161ti, nev\u00e1hal jsem a Fenu p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil. Tenkr\u00e1t u\u017e dost churav\u011bla v\u00a0gar\u00e1\u017ei, proto\u017ee jsem proh\u00e1n\u011bl i dal\u0161\u00ed ma\u0161iny, a tak j\u00ed bylo dop\u0159\u00e1no omlazen\u00ed v\u00a0podob\u011b dod\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed do fin\u00e1ln\u00ed podoby. Nestabiln\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00ed teleskopick\u00e1 vidlice \u0161la do \u0161rotu a nahradila j\u00ed d\u00e1vno vymy\u0161len\u00e1 vahadlov\u00e1 vyroben\u00e1 prakticky za t\u0159i hodiny. Cel\u00fd stroj jsem pak znovu rozebral a v\u0161echny sou\u010d\u00e1stky \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vyle\u0161til a nalakoval. Trochu polad\u011bn\u00ed dostal i motor a byl osazen vlastn\u00edm odlitkem bo\u010dn\u00edho krytu s\u00a0logem FN, jeho\u017e origin\u00e1l chyb\u011bl.<\/p>\n<p>Hotov\u00e1 motorka v\u00a0nov\u00e9m kab\u00e1t\u011b se pak skromn\u011b postavila, spolu s je\u0161t\u011b jednou stavbou na kter\u00e9 jsem se pod\u00edlel, mezi nabl\u00edskan\u00e9 stroje na v\u00fdstav\u011b. J\u00e1 bral celou z\u00e1le\u017eitost sp\u00ed\u0161 jako recesi, proto\u017ee vedle moj\u00ed stavbi\u010dky za zhruba 5 000 K\u010d st\u00e1ly jedine\u010dn\u00e9 skvosty nejm\u00e9n\u011b pades\u00e1tin\u00e1sobn\u00e9 hodnoty.
